Honorary Scholarships: In 2015, the Friends of St. Anne’s Board of Directors established scholarships in honor of friends and family. The most recent scholarships honor Ignatius Schumacher, Ph.D., Jeff Shriver and Bernice Niessen. If you’d like to establish such a scholarship, please contact us.
Virginia Wright Healthcare Skills Laboratory and Clinic
The Virginia Wright Healthcare Skills Laboratory and Clinic is now registered in Kenya which allows it to open soon. The rooms have to be furnished and shelves stocked with supplies and medications. Advisory boards in Kenya and Kansas have been established. Staff for the clinic have to be hired.
Student Scholarships: Thanks to the generosity of Friends, 54 post-secondary scholarships have been awarded in the past 5 years with 18 of the recipients completing their studies receiving a certificate, diploma or degree. Others continue to pursue their education because of you.
